Our salsa is made by hand out of all-natural ingredients. We hand-select only the freshest, highest quality ingredients and strive to support local agriculture when we can.
We have three delicious flavors to choose from:
Original- Mild but full of flavor. This is the recipe that the Salsa Lady has been making for years.
Medium- All of the yumminess of our Original with serrano peppers added to turn up the heat a bit.
Diablo- This recipe was created for those who like it HOT. Lots of heat and lots of flavor, the perfect combination.
Given that our salsa is fresh, it can be incorporated into a variety of recipes without tasting “overcooked.” Happy Tomato Fresh Salsa adds a bright flavor to anything it touches. Below are some recipes that have been contributed by our fans.
Southside Pirate Enchiladas by Sallie Rody
Preheat oven to 350. Spray square or rectangular baking dish with oil. Put one spoon each of chicken, salsa, and sour cream in a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese and roll. Place tortilla seam side down in dish and repeat until dish is full. Keep tortilla rolls close together in the dish. Top with any extra cheese and salsa. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve with additional salsa.
